Coming from a cycling family life on bikes started before I could walk been carried round in a side car! Progressed to trailers then solo bikes, by 14 had decided on a different direction and took up canoe slalom, paddle for GB as a junior then continued racing up until 30 when I fell back in love with cycling and ridden since, racing everything, road MTB track mainly race the track currently, where I have won multiple world European and national titles in sprint events.

Started going to Legro’s training camp 10 years ago, love riding the lanes in Majorca, Ride leading seemed to be the natural progression for me, as a coach  helping riders with all the different aspects of group riding, and advice on training is all part of the service.
