Van open from 09:00 to drop off gilet, gels, drinks, etc. then will be at the viaduct (Orange Seller) with Water.
This is a hard day in the saddle and not for the faint hearted you must be able to Climb and Descend. Consider hydration, food and clothing if you are wanting to do either ride.
